GENERAL SHIPPING
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Most orders ship from U.S. warehouses. Some items may ship from partner facilities in China and may be shipped separately.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Free shipping is available for all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout—there are no hidden fees.
Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or after 7PM (GMT- Pacific Standard Time) will be processed the next business day.
Q. What is the estimated transit time?
A. Deliveries usually arrive in 4–8 business days after processing. The estimated total shipping time is 5–11 business days.
Q. Which couriers do you use?
A. United States: We primarily ship via USPS for reliable and trackable delivery.
United Kingdom: We ship via Royal Mail or other reliable UK carriers.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. After your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your shipment directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" link or by contacting us.
Q. Will I have to pay customs or import duties on UK orders?
A. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges imposed by UK customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Buni Shoes has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States and in British Pounds (GBP) for customers in the United Kingdom. The currency is automatically selected based on your location.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
A. Yes. An order confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you immediately after purchase.
Q. My coupon code isn't working. What should I do?
A. All codes are case-sensitive, and we recommend copying and pasting it directly at the checkout. Please note that we do not currently allow more than one code or promotion to be applied to an order. If you are still having difficulty, please send us an email at support@bunishoes.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
Q. How do I start a return?
A. Email us at support@bunishoes.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and determine if your item is eligible. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Q. Who pays for return shipping?
A. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Q. Can I return sale items?
A. Sale and discounted items are subject to the same return policy. They must be new, unused, and in original packaging, and the return must be approved by our team.
Q. How long until I receive my refund?
A. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Q. Can I exchange for a different size?
A. Yes. Contact us at support@bunishoes.com within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility review, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. What if my item arrived damaged?
A. Contact us immediately at support@bunishoes.com. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label.
Q. What are my rights as a UK customer?
A. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Q. Is checkout secure?
A. Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Q. Will you sell my email or personal information?
A. No. We never sell customer data. Your email is used only for order updates and optional newsletters. For UK customers, your data is protected under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns.
