A. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $4.95. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout—there are no hidden fees.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Q. What is the estimated transit time?
A. Domestic U.S. deliveries usually arrive in 4–8 business days after processing. The estimated total shipping time is 5–11 business days.

Q. Which couriers do you use?
A. We primarily ship via USPS for reliable and trackable delivery.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your shipment directly on our website via the “Track Your Order” link or by contacting us.
