Return & Refund Policy – Buni Shoes

At Buni Shoes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unworn — with no visible signs of wear.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in used condition will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

  1. Email us at support@bunishoes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and determine if your item is eligible for return.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all orders, including first orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

US orders: Ship your return to the address provided in your return approval email. UK orders: Ship your return to the address provided in your return approval email. Any customs fees or duties related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the return.
  • Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@bunishoes.com within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility review. You are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@bunishoes.com. We will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost to you, OR
  • Issue a full refund including any shipping costs.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at our expense.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show any signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team

LATE RETURNS

Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

UK CUSTOMERS — YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. This statutory right applies regardless of our 30-day return policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.
